The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, of similar semi and detached villas, a mix of holiday homes and retired British ex pats. Quesada is 10 minutes drive from the beautiful Guardamar beaches and close to all amenities, many of which I have listed below. Nearby there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, numerous championship golf courses , including the 18 hole Marquesa course just 5 minutes away. Within 10 minutes walk is the Quesada Country Club and Restaurant, which offers excellent outdoor bowls, pool and snooker. For cyclists and walkers there are numerous pathways and national parks to enjoy locally.
Alicante is 30 minutes drive. Murcia, Benidorm, Mar Menor, La Manga, Torrevieja and Cartagena are all within easy traveling distance. The nearby sleepy Spanish townsof Benijofar, Rojales and Almoradi are easily accessible by car There are a number of markets that sell local fruit and vegetables, together with clothes and household bargains for those wishing to enjoy bartering !
